Naturalistic drawing invites us to look at nature in a different way. Animals, plants and minerals are revealed through delicate pencil strokes, light watercolours or fine engravings. Combining art and science, it captures the brilliance of life and the beauty of detail.
With Natura picta, the Naturéum takes you on a journey through the history of this sensitive practice, enriched by the luminous works of illustrator Philippe Marle.
